The following Houston Public Works (HPW) departmental policies are hereby rescinded effective March 6, 2025. HPW will adhere to established Employee Policies and Procedures including Mayor's Policies (M.P.), Executive Orders (E.O.), and Administrative Procedures (A.P.), which are posted on the City's website at Employee Policies and Procedures.
